Marigot Bay Resort by Capella, St. Lucia
Marigot Bay offers a luxury experience suitable for families, couples and solo getaways. The resort has two infinity pools, poolside bars, a Rum Cave, Auriga Spa and a unique all-inclusive dining program called Free to Roam. This all-inclusive option gives you the freedom to dine at all of the resort restaurants and some local restaurants around the resort using select menus. The plan still includes three meals, snacks, wine by the glass and cocktails. There are a number of activities offered at Marigot Bay including cooking lessons, Rum tastings, hiking, water sports, sunset sails and a number of other experiences.

Here you’ll find Harmony, the adults-only wing and Splash, the family wing with access to the Kidz Club and water park, the largest on the island. Rendezvous is a luxury resort for couples. A secluded space for just the two of you to enjoy as you choose – they call it a Place of Stolen Time. Sugar Beach – A Viceroy Resort, St. Lucia
The natural setting, sugar-white beach, and stunning views of the Pitons from Viceroy Hotel’s Sugar Beach will capture your attention, however, you can also immerse yourself in the complete serenity of their Rainforest Spa.

Jade Mountain, St. Lucia

Jade Mountain, located on the southern part of the island, is the only resort with these stunning views of both the Piti and Gros Piton mountains. Accommodations are called Sanctuaries (with private infinity pools) and that’s so fitting as they truly are with sweeping views, tropical wood, vibrant and artful decor. You feel like you’re one with the sea, and in some way, you are and have found paradise.
As if the wellness component, spa, beauty and artful vibe isn’t enough to draw you in, Jade Mountain also has a Chocolate Lab with over 2000 cocoa trees. You can enjoy this delight on property and they also offer the opportunity to help make the chocolate. They offer an abundance of activities with two soft sand beaches, coral reefs nearby, yoga, fitness, sailing, kayaking and many other activities that make St. Lucia such a beautiful island.
Tip: Consider a day trip to visit their organic farm, Emerald Farm, and include the Sulphur Springs and Botanical Garden. This is about a 3-4 hour excursion.
